  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • We accept payment via the methods available at checkout.
  • The Dormanes reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, with a full refund issued.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • In accordance with the CPA, customers have the right to return defective goods within 6 months of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
