We currently deliver across South Africa. International shipping availability will be communicated on the website.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
  • Regional & outlying areas: 4–7 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Costs

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free delivery may be offered on qualifying orders as per current promotions.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make contact to arrange re-delivery.
  • The Dormanes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • Lost parcels will be investigated with the courier and resolved within 7–10 business days.
