1. Returns Window

You may return an item within 5 business days of delivery if it is defective, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description on our website. For items found to be defective within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund at your election.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items that have been used or altered

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that banking processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Non-Delivery Claims

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with our courier partner.
